About Me
Hello! I'm Alexis Wilbon
I am a former educator with 5-years of experience designing and developing engaging and meaningful learning materials for diverse learners. After much consideration, I have officially taken a leap of faith to embrace my passion for instructional design.
As an instructional designer, I assist companies with identifying learning gaps and developing training material to close them. I create training material to decrease employee retention rates and increase job performance. I enjoy collaborating with others to share ideas and create solutions together. My goal is to simplify complex concepts while keeping the training engaging and pleasurable.
Outside of work I am a dog mom to the cutest toy poodle ever. I enjoy crafting and learning how to make new crafts. When time allows it, I also enjoy hiking and traveling.
